Ride In – Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Ride In account and all associated personal data, please follow the steps below:

Option 1: From the App

  1. Open the Ride In app.
  2. Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
  3. Confirm your deletion request.

Option 2: Manual Request

If you are unable to access the app, you can request deletion by emailing us at contact@digisynctech.com using the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Please include your registered phone number and email address for verification.

Once your request is verified, your account and all associated data (including trip history and payment information) will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
